•All sponsors at the $250 level or above can participate in our Race Expo at the Piedmont Center (behind Crowne Plaza Hotel) on Friday night. Please plan to arrive by 4:45pm – packet pick up for the participants begins at 5:30. We must know by May 15th if you plan on participating in the Expo so we can have your table set up and plan accordingly.
•All sponsors are eligible to put something in the race/goodie bags for the runners. This could be a brochure or a giveaway such as a pen, notepad, snack or battery operated handheld fan that promotes your company. We will have approximately 600 to 750 participants. You can give that many of one thing, you can do different things or just contribute any amount of giveaways you would like. These must be delivered to WFG Investments (321 3rd Ave NW, Hickory, NC ) no later than May 21st.
